Press Registration & Policy

The organisers of Seatrade Cruise Med are happy to issue complimentary press passes to bona fide journalists from relevant publications intending to report on the event. Complimentary press registration is limited to editors, writers and print/broadcast reporters, camera operators and professional photographers.

Publishers, associate publishers, marketing and sales representatives and all other personnel will need to register as a delegate for access to the conference and exhibition or as a visitor for entry to the exhibition only. For verification purposes all journalists applying for a press pass will be required to provide either a business card containing the publication/company name, full name, job title and full contact details, a by-lined article or a letter of assignment from an editor.

After the event Seatrade may contact you for clippings or other evidence of coverage. Individuals deemed to be abusing press privileges may be denied media registration at subsequent Seatrade events.

Press passes for Seatrade Cruise Med are authorised at the discretion of Seatrade.

Special permission is required from the organisers for anyone, other than exhibitors, to canvass for orders or distribute or display placards, circulars, publications or other marketing and/or promotional literature.

The organisers of Seatrade Cruise Med have the right to make alterations and additions to the programme.
